In-Store and Online Store Policies 

These policies help our shop and business run smoothly as we progress in our journey of spreading fresh and organic goods to our customers. We hope that you can find the time to read our policies to ensure your own satisfaction in our goods! Thank you!

Delivery and Online Policies

Online Purchases will be delivered only. The only exception is if there is clear communication between the deliverer and the receiver whether or not the product can be received a different way.

An online purchase will be manual. This means once you have made an order, you can either Zelle us immediately, use Venmo or PayPal upon purchase. We do not take any other options at the moment.

Delivery times can subject to change but should not exceed past one hour upon the communicated time in which the deliverer and receiver have discussed and agreed upon. After purchase we will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss an appropriate delivery time.

Delivery delays, if delivery is delayed and the delivery time exceeds pass one hour, please give us notice right away. Although we try our best to ensure that we make our deliveries on time, anything can happen in any moment. You will receive a full refund and the order will be canceled. We will do our best to reach out to you beforehand if we are unable to complete the delivery.

Delivery fees range from $6.50 to $9.50. Unfortunately, we are unable to lower the prices for the time being as our small business is growing and high inflation prices continuously go up. Purchases over $50 will receive free delivery in exchange for our gratitude!

Discount Policies 

Glass Jars are reusable and as we do our best to recycle, reduce and reuse we offer a discount for jars. We accept our own jars back, but not all jars will receive a discount as we have specific jars that we use for our business. Please message us before hand to see if your jars qualify so that you may receive a discount on your goods!  

Satisfaction Policies

Our fresh organic products are made with organic fruits: mostly homegrown and others from fresh local marketplaces. Unfortunately, there are no refunds as our products take time and effort to make. Now if you are not satisfied with the products outside of its taste and texture, we will be happy to talk about what steps to take to ensure that our business can improve and to guarantee your satisfaction. 

In Store Policies

Purchases are through Venmo, Paypal or Zelle only. Items will exchange after transaction is acknowledged and occurs.
